Podcast episodes not up to date

Hi,

I've noticed that the podcast episodes are not up to date. In several of the shows they appear to be several episodes behind. The newer episodes are available on other podcast managers. Is there a licensing issue or is there a way to force it to refresh? I do have it set to sort by date. Thanks for the help.

Still a problem! I've started listening to The Daily podcast on Iheartradio because Spotify is always late.
