Hi, 2 days ago i purchased spotify Premium, but when i tried to download the app from google play i found out that i can't have it because i'm outside USA, is there anything i can do ? thanks in advance.

This isn't ideal, but you can download a VPN app for Android. A lot of them have free plans that just make you navigate through ads every once in a while. That's the only thing that worked for me.

Android Direct from Spotify Server

You can grab the apk directly from the above link. Note that if you cannot get Spotify from the Play Store you will have to manually update.
