Offline Playlists Keep Getting Removed

Hi all, I've been using Spotify Premium for a couple of years now. Lately it seems like my offline playlists keep getting removed. This seems to have no rhyme or reason. I have to redownload them at random times. Not all of them are gone, either. I usually like to have five or six playlists and then I'll want to listen only to find out four of them are gone, leaving just one or two available. I don't understand why this happens or how to fix it.
