Music wont play offline or automaticly continue

My premuim account will show that i can play the songs offline but when i dont have connection they wont play. Also, and just as irritating, the songs wont automaticly keep playing. I have to hit next song every time i want to listen to the next song in the playlist. Ive tried reinstalling the app a bunch of times and it never works.

I have 107 songs on my play list and they will not play when I click on them. I want to know why it doesn't work.

If you already tried reinstalling the app, try with a clean install, which means deleting everything Spotify has created in your phone:

1. Uninstall the app from phone by going to 'Settings' -> 'Apps' then scroll to the Spotify app and tap on it. Once loaded press 'Uninstall'.
2. Using a file manager make sure that the below folders are deleted if they still exist:

/emulated/0/Android/data/com.spotify.music
/ext_sd/Android/data/com.spotify.music
/sdcard1/Android/data/com.spotify.music
/data/media/0/Android/data/com.spotify.music

You will lose all preferences & offline playlists in doing this.
