Impossible to read mp3 playlists from Android smartphone

Hello, I have mp3s on my Windows laptop and I created playlist with these mp3s.

I can read the playlists form my laptop, no issue.

I can see the playlists in my Samsung Note3 Android but I can't read them nor let them offline.

I'm on the same network ; I can read my other playlists created from Spotify library both with my laptop and Android smartphone and let them offline.

Could you help me ?

What happens when you hit the 'Available Offline' switch in your mp3 playlists in your phone?

When i switch to offline in my smartphone, the titles in the playslist remain in grey color.

when i click on a title it says 'title not available'

My Android is 5.0
