Spotify - Android Auto - Offline mode questions

Hey guys,

When i put Spotify in offline mode on my phone, then connect my car to Android Auto (Via Volkswagen app link) is there a way to tell what playlists are offline?

If i choose a playlist which i know i have not downloaded, Android Auto will still play the playlist when spotify is in offline.

Would love some help and tips before i leave for my big trip (7 hour drive) an i live in Australia so data is super expernsive 😞

Even though I'm not familiar with Android auto, I can reccomend for you to create or rename the playlists you know are actually downloaded and safe to play in offline mode.

For example, I create playlists called 'Car' or 'Roadtrip' and download those. That way I know they are offline mode ready and safe to play with mobile data.
