Offline Modus deltes songs

Hi.

I have a problem with my offline playlist. Every time I sync my playlist for offline service, the app delets some songs after a few hours. It happens on different playlists, songs and timeintervals.

I already put the location of the offline playlist from my sd card to my local storage. Im realy shore that there not about 3333 songs in the playlist.

Is there any advice or support you can give me? It is realy annoying.

Do you have any cache-clearing apps on your phone?

Were you offline for more than 30 days?
