I need your help. I use Spotify on my Samsung S7 edge. I sync offline on my SD card. The problem is that every time i restart my phone, everything is out of sync and i have to re-download everything. A solution please 😉

Can you explain what you mean when you say everything is "out of sync"? Has the music been deleted, or is Spotify giving you an error that asks you to reconnect to the Internet?

Also, do you have any phone apps that clean files on your phone automatically when it boots up? This could be a likely source of your issue.

Hello ,

is when I downloaded them so they are offline. I do not have cleaning software. but so when I restart my phone, all the songs that were offline are not.
