LG G4 Spotify stops downloading

I have an LG G4 ( Don't know if this matters ) but I had to reset my phone so I redownloaded spotify. I am a premium member. It downloaded 1000 or so songs but left out 800-900 songs. It stopped downloading because there isn't anymore room left on this device. I checked and I still have 12.1 gb left. Any solutions ?

Can you try removing the device from your offline list then reinstall the app?

Log into your account on our website.
Click Offline devices.
Click REMOVE to reset an individual device or REMOVE ALL DEVICES to reset all offline devices on your account.

You'll need to resync everything, though. But hopefully this will clear the air between Spotify and your device.
