Unfortunately, Spotify does not have an official listed customer service phone number. However, upon visiting their "contact" webpage I noticed that it shows many Spotify physical addresses worldwide. I decided to do some digging.

I paid for student premium but it said I wasn't eligible and took my money anyway and I can't contact them

Their email contact service has always been very quick, to my knowledge. Especially if you call your bank as well, usually they can help to reverse the payment, or possibly contact Spotify's banking services themselves to work out the issue.
