Offlinemode doesn't work.

Hello. My girl has some issues with spotify. She went on a trip a week ago and plan on staying for another week. At her location there is no cellservice. Before she went she upgaded to premium. She made a playlist and downloaded it so she could play it in offlinemode while being up in the mountains far away from any cellservice and the humanrace. Today she contacted me. She walked 27 miles to find a small spot on a mountaintop with cellservice. It turns out spotify logged out by itself after just a day. She went to this top she's currently at and managed to log in. NOTE: it took 19 minutes to just log back in, cus the service is soo bad! The day after, it logged out by itself. Today she's back at the top logging back in explaining her problems as best as she can with 10 minute delay.

So why does her spoitfy log out after not even a day? Does not work to log back in cus she has no service. Welp please!

Hey, Ive also had this problem but what seemed to help was to remove any external storage like an sd card and make the internal the default. Redownload the songs onto the internal and it should work. You can access the storage through the settings. Hope this helps your problem.
