Missing playlists... Please help

All music was available on my premium, till about an hour ago,.now all music, which has taken hours and hours has disappeared, please help, call would be nice ,Kimberly @ [phone number removed]

Hi @Kane_kimberly, and welcome to the community!

Is it possible the playlists are deleted somehow? You could check if this works:

Firstly, try pressing Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac). If that doesn't restore it, see below.

Go to https://spotify.com/account/recover-playlists and login if you're not already logged in.
Find the playlist in the list - you're given the date the playlist was deleted, the name and the number of tracks in the list to help identify the correct list.
Click the restore button.

It is that simple. You should see the playlist in the client immediately, but if you do not, log out and back in again to make it resync with the server.
