Too many devices - spotify connect

Dear all,

Lately my whole spotify connect is full with around 20 to 30 Google Cast devices, even when I am just sitting at home. Usually this is just one from my neighbour, my own PC and my own phone.

Is this a bug and how do I get rid of it?

Welcome to the Spotify Community. To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using?

For now, try reinstalling the app and see if you're still experiencing the same issue. Here's how.

Turns out the solution was as simple as reinstalling. Now I only have to redownload some playlists. So thank you very much for your help!
