Spotify really slow since update

Hi I recently updated to the latest app on my Galaxy s5. Now Spotify is taking ages to load initially, finding playlist etc. Will this be fixed?

Mines been doing the same thing. I've honestly completely stopped using spotify its too slow. If they dont fix it soon im canceling my membership. I cant even play my offline playlists in a reasonable time.

I thought it was my phone and have just spent hours doing a factory reset and reinstalling/ authorising all of my apps. Spotify still lagging terribly. Grrrr!!!

Might just be your phone, my Note 3 runs fine. also, make sure you are on wifi or have high speed internet while playing (obvious but I've left wifi off while at home by accident before XD). Everyone with S5 seems to have a bunch of problems.

Hi, I formated my SD card then redownloaded my play list. Everything working as it should now. Thanks for your suggestions.
