bose quiet confort 25 remote doesnt work

hey spotify !

i got a samsung galazy s7 under android marshmallow 6.0.1

and a headphone bose quiet confort 25

i can pause the music from my headphone remote

but cant raise or reduce the volume from it,

i need to use the app to do that.

i got an iphone too and i can do all of that with my headphone remote on ios

i dont know if the problem is from bose themselves or spotify but could you fix the problem, its really annoying to have a remote and not beeing able to use it when needed

maybe i need to download another app, do i ?

According to the Bose site, they make two models, one compatible with iOS and the other with android so I guess you have the iOS version. The wiring is different on the two systems but you might be able to get some control by using something like Headset Button Controller which you can download from Play.
