    <description>I have the same issue, getting track unavailable on downloaded offline tracks and the same with online tracks. Am not a new user so its not a trail issue and my bank details have not changed. I have restarted and logged out both devices i have but still saying track unavailable. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi there &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does it say track not available? Perhaps it hasn't recognised that you have Premium. Try restarting your phone. If that fails to work try logging off and back in a couple of times.</description>
