Hey!

Can you describe the problem a bit more?

Does the app start?
If you try to log in, what error message is shown?
Did you enter your correct username / password?
Have you tried reseting your password?

I can log into the browser Spotify
But when I log into the app.. it says incorrect username or password. ..but
when I log on the browser it works. I recently got a 6 month subscription
platinum free when I upgraded my rogers plan. but before that I think I was
getting billed for Spotify. Help.

IMO I don't think there is a connection between your new subscription and you not being able to log in, since you can log in on your browser.

What I can suggest you is to reset your password and try it again.

Try logging with with either your username or your e-mail.

If that also doesn't work, create a bug report on this topic.
