Is there any feature in spotify android app to mark some musics as favorites and Spotify suggest musics by them?

What is "Top Recomendations For You" in Discover section ??

Nope, but you can suggest that feature in the Ideas section of the Spotify community. Top Recomendations is I believe what other people listen to with the music you listen to, hoping that you will like those songs as well.

What you can do is to create a playlist containing music you like then start playlist radio to see if anything new hits you.
