My downloads got deleted

Hi,
since I've got my Samsung Galaxy S7 my downloaded songs just get deletet couple of times in a month (now this is the 3rd time this week). I've using Spotify for quiet a long time and never had this problem with my Android Tablets, Pc, or Galaxy S4.
I have to download about 1600 Songs everytime, this is annoying.
Hope sombody can help me!

Spotify for you. Never had the issue on Apple music strangely 🙂

Sounds like the issue I had a few months ago. I replaced my SD card and Spotify got happy again. See this thread and this FAQ.

The way removable SD cards store data on Android is fragile. Adoptable Storage is the the long term solution. It is only currently available on a few devices.
