I changed my phone. premium member code does not work.

I changed my phone. (New phone Samsung Note 5) After I installed the new phone to spotify. but the phone writes a free membership to spotify. I have premium code.

I remove the program. I have reinstalled. but still it looks members free.

The warning message on the phone software:
"Unfortunately, this premium code is not valid. Try again or check with customer service."
But this code is running on the computer.

Welcome to Spotify Community : )

You can use the premium code just once and it will activate premium on your account.

After that make sure to connect with the same account you are using on the Desktop client.

If you are still having issues after that let me know and I will look further : )

Thank you for your reply.

I could listened both my computer and phone but I can listen only my computer.

I would like to listen also my phone.

I change my mobile phone and I do not use old one. The program was used old one.

I want to use new phone but it can not be actived new one with same account.

Please help me for this issue.
