I was listening to my downloaded playlist and when a song ended the next song wasn´t donwloded. I check up and any playlist wasn´t downloded. Checked the size of the spotify app and was still 9GB. Restarded my phone and nothing, spotify still streams the music. I use a Huawei P8 Lite. Any ideas why? I would clear the data of the app and download again everything, but I don't want to be doing this too often. (Sorry for my english)

Hey @xrodrox95,

You should keep an eye on the offline devices listed for your account here. The same device may be added several times which may make your offline downloads to reset. Delete any duplicate or unrecognized devices you may see and let me know how it goes. 🙂
