Spotify stops Playback when an other Device

a Desktop (Windows) starts/wakeup with Spotify installaed and when an Android Device with Spotify installed gets connected to Powersupply:

Case 1 Music is playing over an Androiddevice, PC starts, Music stopps playing.

Case 2 Musik is playing over an Androiddevice, Androiddevice2 gets connected to a Powercord, Music stopps playing.

I think that I do not like that workflow.

You can only use spotify in one device at a time

since when? maybe im remembering wrong but i swear i have before all this spotify connect stuff. I have not tired recently until today and I am also having issues.

edit, i see the offical spotify site that is the case. just didnt notice the transition.

since ~3 weeks

I got more and more trouble with spotify, there is no nice and easy listen to music experience anymore
