All details are held on the server; when you switch device you just need to sign back in and your playlists etc will be available still. The only thing you'll lose is some of the application settings and any cache you have. You'll need to redownload offline songs again... If you are transferring the sd card from your old device it is recommended to format the sd card first (after backing up your photos etc first).
