No longer able to filter playlists

I was able to this morning but now pulling down from the top of the screen on 'my library' - 'playlists' I recieve no filtering options.

Does it still work in albums and artists? Have you tried restarting your device?

I figured out the issue. The filter pull down only happens if the list is able to be scrolled by one entry. If you say have 2 folders of playlists, the pulldown doesn't happen. If you have enough to have it scroll down over half an entry it doesn't work. The scroll bar jumps from top to bottom of the list and is indented down slightly (as if the filter menu is behind the top bar). Once you add another folder or playlist where it can scroll over a single list item the filtering pull down works as intended. I had consolidated some of my main folders which is why I saw this issue later in the day. I can reproduce it every time.

Bit of a bummer as I need at least 9 entries at the top level for me to filter any of them.
