      <title>Android to iPhone account problem</title>

      <description>I recently bough an iPhone 6s, my previous phone was a Galaxy s5. I had Spotify Premium on my old phone and knew my my account information, so when I downloaded Spotify from the App Store I logged in to find that my account was void of everything and looked as if I just had gotten it. If anybody can help or have ideas, please let me know so I can figure this out because I currently can't unsubscribe and take my card off the account. (I looked up my public playlist and saw my account, which was apparently different from the one I was on)</description>

      <description>Make sure to use your Spotify username rather than email address. Logging in this way is preferred.</description>

      <description>That is what I did. I logged in with my usual information (at least what I think is my information). And now I have no clue how to proceed to at leas cancel that account so I can start over.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. Let them know the email address you registered with and they should be able to assist getting you back up and running with your account .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note: When emailing you will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
