Local Files not synching with my phone

Hello,

for some days my phone deleted all my downloaded playlists, which are local files on my pc. So i wanted to download the again and now i am not able to do this. He only says the song is not available, and he is not downloading anything. Only the Playlist which are on the cloud from spotify are downloading. I reinstalled everything and checked on pc for problems but nothing works. The playlist with my local files are working on my pc but not on my phone. And yes i have enough space on the drive.

Thanks for coming to the Community for help.

Try to follow these troubleshooting steps:

- Reinstall both devices.
- Follow the steps from the support article: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/collect_music/listen-to-local-files/
- Make sure the app is open and active on both devices
- Ensure both devices connected to the same WiFi
- Check for any firewalls/antiviruses that could be affecting this
- Use a different WiFi connection
- Add the local files to a brand new playlist

Already solved, a hotpot with my phone to my PC solved it. Weird
