Spotify won't play offline

I've tried all the solutions I can find on the many forums, but Spotify refuses to play offline on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Have resinstalled it many times, cleared caches, gone to offline mode, made sure the entire playlist is downloaded, there is enough memory on the phone...
Can't find any more solutions, but I can see many have this problem. Anyone found any other solutions? I'm paying for 'premium' but am not getting what I'm paying for.

Do you see any error message when you select a track to play?

Hi Joe, no, just a lack of response although what changes is that all the album art disappears and there is only the greyed out square with the song title. The last song that was playing when it was online plays, however nothing else will, I press play but nothing happens. Looking at the playslist, it says all the songs have downloaded.

Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders, removing offline devices and a REBOOT!

Thankyou Daniel, the issue was having my songs stored on my SD card.
I have transferred things to my phone and it works fine, but I'll have to sort out the SD card issues next.
