¿Podrías confirmarnos si te aparece algún error cuando intentas escuchar tus canciones descargadas?

Además, te sugerimos remover todos los dispositivos con los pasos aquí: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_settings/how-do-i-remove-my-offline-devices/. Una vez lo hagas, reinstala la aplicación y sincroniza tu música de nuevo.
