Deleted downloads and space problems

Hello,

I'm using a Spotify premium account on my oneplus one device and I've got a couple of issues with it.
First of all, it deletes songs that should stay at least 30 days in just a couple of days, so I always have to download them again at least once a week. It also does not always download automatically when connected to a WiFi, so sometimes I discover I almost have no offline songs to listen to when I'm out, even if I've been connected to my home WiFi for hours.
Second, lately I have this error message showing up saying there's no more space for download on the device, even if I'm sure I don't have more than 600 songs out of the 3333 (anyone knows a way to count them?). I'm continuously deleting stuff from my music but the message error still shows up. I tried to delete the cache, nothing changed. I'm sure there's a lot of space on my device too.
If anyone can help me find a solution for these problems I'd be really grateful, otherwise there's no point in paying for a premium account and I'll go back to listen to music the old way.

Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them. Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders, removing offline devices and a REBOOT!
