Offline saving on SD-card

Do I have to save offline songs to my cell phones internal storage before moving it to my SD card? The option to save offline songs to the SD-card isn't showing for me. Do I have to make a playlist available offline before the option will show or something?

As you can see in the attachment there's no option for moving my offline songs to my SD-card.

I figured it out. It seems the "Save to SD-card option" does not appear until you've downloaded a playlist.

So what i did was saving a tiny playlist, restarting my cell phone making the option appear. Then I started downloading my bigger playlists which went straight to my SD-card.

I don't see why the storage option in Spotify isn't there all the time regardless if you've made a playlist available offline yet.
