If that doesnt work you could try doing a full reset (dont worry this isn't reseting any of your data or files in anyway) to do this with your device, hold the power and the volume down buttons for 7-10 seconds, this should force restart the device.</P><P>If that doesn't work, try clearing the data on spotify. I just played a video on YouTube to test it and it was fine but when I go back on my Spotify it's silent. It's getting frustrating now. Im not very phone savvy so can someone help me out with this.
