Downloaded playlist but it doesnt play

Hey. I have premium and I created a playlist and downloaded it. But it doesn't play without internet connection (which should work with premium.) What can I do? I kicked the app and installed it new - not better. I logged out and in again - still the same problem.

How long ago have you been premium? Try downloading a playlist onto your computer and then turn off the wifi and see if it plays on your computer to see whether it's a problem with your account or just with the app on your phone.

Hope we can get to the bottom of this as soon as possible!
