      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;fpaquito.&amp;nbsp;Welcome to the Spotify Community!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I experience that issue before, the first thing that I did was to log out my account, restart my device and log in again. And voila! It worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If this doesn’t help, try &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer"&gt;reinstalling the app&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. As Spotify says, "reinstalling gives the app a new lease of life; fixing many common issues you may be experiencing."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's not harm to try though.
