Music offline not available on Android

Im using a Sony M5 with Android 6.0. I download some music using the Premium account, but always, after a few days, the music offline it is gone. it si not available for offline play, but still uses space in the memory, so I have to delete the app with all its data to free that space. Then everything repeats. Download the app, download my offline music and then it is gone a few days later. Its very annoying to keep downloading music. I need help.

There is a limit of 3 offline devices. Could you please check how many devices you have on this page.

Thats not the problem, I know about the limit of devices. I have two devices. Also Im under the songs limit, I have less than 3333 songs.

The last thing you could check is if the right storage is selected under: ≡ -> ⚙-> Other -> Storage.
