Download offline error

This piece of **bleep** app always glitches out and deletesee all my offline music cause of "an unknown error" so I spend 3 weeks downloading the music again and when it's finally finish it get deleted and I have to pay for this **bleep**ing **bleep** so **bleep**ing stop this from happening or I want a REFUND
