Album not avaliable

I have been experiencing a very frustrating issue lately.
I have been trying to find SHINee's new album (a kpop group) and for a while it seemed to not be available on Spotify.
Later on I discovered that people from the same region as me were able to in fact listen to the album and I was also able to find it on Spotify but it still claimed it was not available.
Any idea on what might me the issue.
(I also am a premium account holder)

You may want to check this out to find why you are not seeing a specific album while others are seeing it. It may have been pulled out by the music label or artists in your region.
