CANT ACCESS ACCOUNT SOS

So I made an account a couple months ago, I logged out today because my friend wanted to log into her account. I tried logging back in and I can't access my account. I don't have access to my email anymore
I'm very frustrated and I need my music. Also I am paying for premium
I don't want to be paying for Spotify premium if I can't even get into my account.

It looks like your issue can be resolved by checking a few items here.

If you can no longer reset your password due to your email address being unable to access too, I suggest that you contact Spotify directly and they'll help you regain your access.
