Hi,

if I want to hear songs via gsm/umts/lte it happens often that the spotify says the song ist not available. But if I want to hear via wlan the song is available.
Can someone help me? Thanks!

I don't think that it is an Internet issue, cause it happens if the Internet (LTE) connection is great ( f.e. -75dbm ) too.

P.s. : It Happens randomly, some songs are available some songs are not.

That sounds strange.. hmmm

Have you checked if you have an updated version of Spotify through the Google Playstore?

Also, Wlan and 4G have differences when it comes to signal, so it could be that one is faster than the other.

But nonetheless, I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can provide you the best resolution about this issue.
