Its Undownloading my songs

When i download songs on spotify to play it offline, it downloads....but when i check it again without internet connection, all of the songs are not downloaded, so i need to redownload all of my songs again...im in premium also...why that happens

Hi @Capiliryan

What's your device model and operating system version?

Have you tried to disable power saving mode settings?

Settings > Battery > Power Saving Mode> In the Power Saving Mode settings disable the "Restrict background data" setting

If it's still not working after doing the above then try to disable Power Saving Mode entirely:

Settings > Battery > Power Saving Mode

Settings > Battery > Detail > Spotify >Turned off

I have the same problem: when I restart Spotify premium on my android, all songs that where downloaded are gone...

Hello, I am experiencing the same problem too. Hopefully someone has a solution. I am able to download my songs, but after a few days, Spotify tells me that all of them are unavailable and I have to download them all over again.

As a premium subscriber, I am sorely disappointed.
