      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hello @1BIGGEE. &lt;STRONG&gt;Thanks&lt;/STRONG&gt; for posting in the Spotify Community!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand you are not receiving Premium when logging into Spotify on your new phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Let's&amp;nbsp;see if we can find out why!&lt;/STRONG&gt; Sometimes this happens when you accidentally create a second account, or login through Facebook instead of via your username.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you login on Spotify's website and &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/" target="_self"&gt;check your subscription&lt;/A&gt; status?&amp;nbsp;It should say Premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To expand on&amp;nbsp;@Algee's suggestion, the confirmation email that was sent to you when you&amp;nbsp;signed up for Premium will either list a username or 10 digit id number. If it's a username, login with that, otherwise you'll need to login using your Facebook account. The email will contain something like the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Email address: EMAIL@ADDRESS.COM&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Username/ID: USERNAME or 10 DIGIT FACEBOOK ID&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Date: YYYY-MM-DD&amp;nbsp;HH:mm UTC&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Order ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXX&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Payment type: TYPE&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Be sure to click "Accept As Solution" if this post resolved your issue!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
