All my playlist have disappeared and I cant download them. Not happy at all. How can I get my playlist downloaded so I can listen to them

You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.

To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.

No, that's why you are having this problem.

If you don't know what your spotify user name is, try going here using your PC which I assume is logged into the correct account. That page will show your user name which you must use to log in. If your account is linked to facebook, the user name on that page will be a 12 digit number and on android you should be logging in using the facebook option.
