Playlist isnt working

I found a link to 5sos Ep but when i try to play on my laptop it won't work. I go on my laptop. I try to put the songs in a playlist on my phone but it won't work. I uninstalled it, put my account offline and still nothing is working. So if anyone has an answer please let me know! I'll really appreciate it.
