@szywxws12

I've actually done this already. The playlist on both my computer and phone are an offline playlist as I don't have unlimited data, so it should have downloaded just fine.

So, I've got a couple songs that I put on my computer, and I followed the steps to get them to sync to my android device (Galaxy Note 4, running the latest versions) and whenever I try to play the songs, even though they are showing up in my playlist that I want to listen to on my phone, it just tells me that "This song is not available" even though it will play just fine on my computer. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello! It happens to me also. Why not try to log-out, so that cached will be clean up. Then after that, log-in again. In settings, try to choose in "Storage" SD (for Android) so that storage is maximum. Then try to download the playlist or album you want, make sure you have a strong internet connection. Cause I noticed that some songs are not donwloaded due to internet constraint. Maybe this is a big help. thanks.
