Occasionally cant access offline files - forever loading

Hi, every so often Spotify doesnt want to open offline albums and just hangs with the green loading circle.

The odd thing here is that playlists still work. And even if i turn an album into a new playlist - then spotify plays it offline.

Otherwise i have to delete and redownload all my music. (Also tried uninstalling Spotify, deleting all files and reinstalling.)

That happened now 3 times in the last 3 weeks or so.

Just happened again. Last light ive downloaded some more Songs.
This morning on my way to work i cant Access any Albums. Only playlists work.

Hi there,

You can also try removing your offline device here and reinstall the app. That'll keep any corrupted temporary files off from your device.

Heads up: You need to redownload your offline music after you reinstall the app.

Thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately it didnt help either.
I also tried saving my Files on the phones internal storage instead of the SD-card.
But that didnt make a difference.

Thats definately an "Offline Mode" problem. Today at Work it once more didnt work.

Now when i got home i tried to access the album and it still didnt work.

After this i switched the offline mode off and after this i was able to access the album.

Sooooo....after all.....

Offline Mode: Cant access Albums. Creating playlists from albums lets me play the music though. Going Online makes albums accessible again.

Ive also went now through several Spotify Beta Versions but nothing changed.

Thats slowly getting really annoying because thats what i pay money for.
