Offline tracks being deleted

Hi,

When I download tracks for offline listening Spotify deletes random songs and whole playlists sometimes, meaning it's unavailable for offline listening. I've tried redownloading the app, clearing the cache, re signing in, downloading the playlists and songs again yet it seems to just delete songs at random. Any help would be appreciated

In this case, try these steps:

Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
Reinstall the app. Here's how.
Save your offline tracks again.

OK I'll try this. I won't know for certain if it's worked til a few days time as the tracks start deleting themselves at seemingly random times. If after a week though they stay downloaded ill say that's it fixed.
