I do download of the music but after some time when I try listen offline It doesn't play. So, I need to do download again using my data plan. Help me!

In this case, can you let us know what device, operating system, and Spotify version you’re rocking?

It happens the same to me. I’m not quite sure if I am downloading it correctly?

I download while online using WiFi. The minute I go Offline in Spotify, all the downloaded songs on WiFi are unavailable.

What is the actual process to follow to succeed?

I use Spotify with an iPhone 7 device.
