PODCAST DOESN'T WORK

Hi, I'm experiencing some problem in listening podcast with my mobile (Motorola Razor). I have no problem when I listen to the music in the other menus, but when I select a show in the podcast menu, it simply doesn't start...Can someone help me?

Hey, @emi73

I'd suggest you uninstall the app, restart your motorola and then reinstall.
Also, do any of the steps here help?

Hi Matt and thank you for your suggestion; anyway I've already done what you said and nothing has changed. Same thing happens also with my tablet Galaxy note (the smartphone of my girlfriend, a Samsung Galaxy S3 works instead). Operating systems are updated. Maybe both devices are too old (they are 3-4 years old)? I wrote to Spotifycares via facebook, they answered promptly but they suggested the same thing as you...

@emi73 sure, that's weird.

Given that it's a recurrent problem across devices, i'd recommend you reach back out to Spotify's support folks instead.

If you let them know in as much detail as possible your problem, they'll be able to take a closer look.
