log in problem

I was listening to my music lastnight and when I when on to it this morning I had been logged out . So I Tried to log in again and it said my username or password was incorrect . I then changed my password and all or that and it is still coming up I've deleted the app and downloaded it again and still no difference but when I used a computer it worked fine dose anyone have and ideas of what the problem could be ?

Make sure you are logging in with your spotify user name and NOT an email address.

From your PC, please go to this URL and make a note of the user name shown (don't do anything else there).

If your user name is a 12 digit number, your account is linked to facebook and you should log in using the facebook option.

Otherwise, log in using the user name you noted earlier and your password.

Let me know if you still have problems.
