Playlists suddenly gone

I opened my Spotify app, said I had to relog and noticed all of my playlists and followers were gone. Help?

Sounds like you accidentally created a new account. Log out and log back in using your spotify user name.

I still can't relocate my playlists. I tried the restore tool on the Spotify homepage aswell - said I had no missing playlists.

In the Spotify app it says I have a free account, on the Spotify homepage I'm a premium user. Can't find any of my old playlists or the ones I've followed anywhere. I only have one account.

Go to this page on your PC and note down the username shown there then exit the page. Now log in on your mobile with that username. If the username is a 12 digit number, use the "log in with facebook" option instead.
