Can't sync with Desktop version - no device recognised.

Windows 7, just re-Dled and reinstalled Spotify.

HTC Sensation with JB (Adnroid 4.1.1), just uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify.

Both on same wifi.

I did this because of the issues I've been having.

1. No new playlists on phone when I add them on the computer.

2. No recoginition of the phone by the desktop program.

1 seems to be resolved - the new playlist I put on the computer are now on the phone. But 2 isn't. This has been going on for months and I'm finally sick of it. There isn't even a button to force the desktop program to look for the phone.

What gives?
